June Williamson, RDH is a sought after clinician, international lecturer and consultant, and has been instrumental in developing successful educational programs throughout the world.
June has taught orthodontic, orthopedic, TMD and Sleep/Breathing courses to dentists and their teams internationally including Canada, the US, England and Australia. To compliment her experience as an educator, clinician and consultant, June has had extensive training and continued education in Orthodontics, (Straight Wire Mechanics, Passive Self Ligation) Orthopedics, Myofunctional Therapy, TMD, Craniofacial Pain, Practice Management, Nutrition, Sleep and Breathing Disorders, Cranial Dental Orthopedics and Occlusion.
Memberships include Canadian Dental Hygiene Association, International Association for Orthodontics, International Association of Orofacial Myology, , American Academy of Craniofacial Pain. June is also a certified TMJ assistant with the AACP and has been a keynote speaker at many local and national meetings. She holds active dental hygiene registration with the College of Dental Hygienist of Ontario and Dubai Healthcare City Authority.
Thirty years of clinical experience and 25 years teaching has made June a leader in the prevention of disease through education and an advocate of a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare. June is the founder of OrthOrama Seminars and continues to educate hundreds of doctors and teams members annually. She has also contributed to a quarterly column in the International Journal of Orthodontics title “Practice Points”.
She currently works and teaches with Dr Steven Olmos, international leader, educator, clinician and researcher in craniofacial pain and sleep-related breathing disorders in both adults an children.
